Introducing.... Cristiano Alexander Sejera

We arrived at the hospital at 2:3opm on 9/25, settled into our labor
and delivery room and waited for Dr Nilson to arrive...

Cristano Alexander Sejera arrived at 4:54pm
Daddy got to see the waterbag being broken and baby being
'delivered' ... let's just say we knew it was a boy right away :)
Words cannot express how happy we were to finally meet our son!

Bella meeting her brother for the 1st time. Daddy brought Cristano
straight from the OR to meet Bella and Aunt Sarah.
"I love my brother" - she was so excited

After kissing mama in labor & delivery Bella followed baby Cristiano
to the nursery to make sure he was well taken care of as they bathed him
and got him ready to meet the world. She didn't leave his side for a second...
what a great big sister.

Mama meets baby
Bella ushered in the Cristiano entourage to labor and delivery
It was such an incredible moment to have my family together.
Thank you Thomas, Sarah and Sydney for sharing this day with us.

Daddy and Cristiano taking an afternoon nap on our 1st day home.

A visit from Grandma Carol & Dave

Grandma comes to help take care of mama, baby
and family... thank you mom!
Thank you all for your prayers and being patient for pics :) The c-section
went great, I was up within 12 hours and am recovering well. God is good.
Our stay at the hospital was amazing. Everyone there went over and above to
take care of us. I was able to go home after 48 hours and we are enjoying
being home as a family.
Thanks to the Briscos, Pattersons, Kemps, Castlerberry's for visiting us
at the hospital

Just a few days away...

If Baby doesn't arrive on it's own over the weekend he or she
will be delivered on the 25th (Tuesday) via c-section :)
This is the baby's face with the hand over its eye... sleepy baby
during the day but very active in the evening . My nose
and cheeks & Shawn's lips... heheehee - just like Bella.
We can't wait to finally meet you baby!

We're almost there....

The Sejera's are now within 2 weeks of meeting Baby #2! The doc visit went well today. Baby is taking up the majority of space left and doc said we can go at any time now. :) Since baby is breech, we're definitely having a c-section so your prayers for a quick recovery are requested and welcomed.
We've done 2 dry runs to the hospital (thanks to my ever prepared husband) and know where we need to go and how long it will take us to get there.
On the Bella front - she's on the verge of reading (whoohooo) and loves kindergarten.

I'm ready for my close up Mr. DeMille

We couldn't help ourselves... Over the last few months I've been capturing
pictures of Bella asleep in the car, most recently after a long day in Kindergarten...

After a day of shopping...

After church...

After a day at the park...

After pre-school...

You're Still the One...

I do... again. Shawn and I renewed our vows for our 10 year
anniversary. I am so blessed with such a wonderful husband and
family... :)

Bella did a great job as our flower girl. She made sure every
rose petal dropped was placed just right.

Delicioso!!! Bottom layer was chocolate raspberry and
top layer was italian cream

Shawn couldn't help but stuff my mouth full of cake.
Payback! Cake spit right back at my face.. heeheheh

Thanks to the Brisco's and Miller's for helping make
this day so special... we love you!

Giddy Up

Bella at Abby's 5th Birthday Party at River
Run Farms (Bella, Yuval, Abby)
Bella's 1st horse back riding experience.
"I loved riding the horsies, I will now have to
practice running with the horse"

We went up and down a hill and my horse kept
making poop.

This little guy's name is 'Chunk' - Bella liked
riding him the best.

Baby #2 - Heading for the Home Stretch

No new pics of our soon to be addition to our family but wanted to give everyone an update. We are a little over 33 weeks now and baby is a little over 4 lbs. We're right on schedule and mommy, baby, daddy and bella are doing really well. This little one is still breach but still has a chance of turning around (maybe I should hang upside down for a while to get him/her in the mood to flip) -- maybe not ;).
It's gotten quite hot here so we've been keeping close to home and staying indoors as much as possible. We are enjoying this time with Bella and getting really excited about Baby #2.
